Spacious family-friendly accommodation on the Sunshine Coast.
Our well equipped 7 bedroom farmhouse sleeps up to 16 guests.
Multiple living areas and plenty of outdoor space for your group to relax, reconnect and soak up the stunning views.
You will have exclusive use of the farmhouse and its immediate front lawn area, fire pit and plunge pool,
You may also like to explore beyond the farmhouse and experience a walk in nature, kayaking in the creek,
spotting for platypus, and animals on the farm - Just ask our friendly hosts first,
as there are some areas on the property that may be restricted due to weather, safety and privacy. ​​

The Bedrooms
7 bedrooms in total
All offer comfortable beds, fresh linen and towels
('real beds' - no fold outs, bunks or mattresses on floors).
Bed sizes and configurations vary from room to room
(scroll below for more room & bedding information).
Air-conditioned & heated throughout,
with ceiling fans in some rooms & additional portable pedestal fans if required.
* Bedding Reconfiguration $50 p/reconfiguration housekeeping fee applies
The Bathrooms
3 bathrooms in total + 1 extra loo
Room 2 has its own ensuite.
The other bathrooms have various configurations and are shared with your other guests.
There's 1 extra toilet downstairs near games area & carport.

THE FARMHOUSE ROOMS
BEDROOM 1
Sleeps up to 4 guests:
Standard set up is 2 x Single beds + 1 x King bed. Bedding may be *reconfigured to 4 x Single beds, or 2 x King beds.
This room has space for a *porta-cot if required (*notice required + housekeeping fee applies).

BEDROOM 2
(WITH PRIVATE ENSUITE)
Sleeps up to 2 guests:
This bedroom has it's own private ensuite with bath, toilet, shower, double vanity.
Standard set up is 1 x King bed. May be *reconfigured to 2 x Single beds.

BEDROOM 3
(WITH DECK)

Farmhouse shared bathroom area: double vanity, separate toilet, separate large shower.

Compact bathroom with toilet, vanity, shower. Closest to rooms 6 & 5.
LAUNDRY
Open laundry with washing machine, dryer,
laundry tub. Adjoins shared farmhouse bathroom
& close to back door with covered deck & outdoor undercover clothesline.
LIBRARY
Open walkway library with loads of books, CD's, magazines, games, puzzles & kids toys
KITCHEN & DINING
Open-plan kitchen and dining area combined with great views.
Ducted aircon/heating. Louvre windows. Direct access to 2 outdoor covered decks - one with gas BBQ.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, and large granite benchtop to prepare meals. Ample crockery and cutlery for 16 guests. Many appliances also included: dishwasher, coffee pod machine, air fryer, electric frypan, microwave, slow cooker, rice cooker, and more. The large dining table seats 10 guests. *An additional table may be added to seat 16 guests; notice is required.
LOUNGE AREA
Spacious country lounge room with high ceilings and ceiling fans, stable door, wood fireplace, comfy Ecosa sofas, cushions, blankets,
large smart TV, fairy lights, Ducted aircon / heating.
