Obi Obi Homestead is the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature & discover calmness.
Relax & explore the space & freedom 'on the farm' for your entire stay.
Or venture 'off the farm' to explore the Sunshine Coast, Hinterland & Mary Valley regions.
You can always return to the sanctuary of Obi Obi Homestead.
On the Farm
Experience Obi Obi Homestead:
Relax at the farmhouse with a book, board game, jigsaw or movie. Unwind with an in-room massage or beauty treatment. Play lawn games, dip in the plunge pool, yarn around the fire-pit, watch the birds & wallabies, soak up the sunset & stars.
Beyond the farmhouse:
10 minute walk to beautiful Obi Obi creek where you can swim, kayak, & maybe spot endangered species like the Mary River Cod, Mary River turtle, & the shy platypus. The creek is a great place to linger, so pack a picnic, relax in a hammock, take a siesta in nature.
Walk with the goats: "Piccolo", "Late'", & "Mocha" - our adorable, but sometimes naughty, miniature goats are always keen for a stroll.
They love to graze & rollick.
Moo with the cows: Our droughtmaster herd are cell grazed through different paddocks. You can join in their 'mooing' as we moove them.
Feed the chooks: we have a pen of friendly hens who are happy layers & provide farm fresh eggs for our guests. They love fresh green pickings, food scraps (not chicken of course) & don't mind the occasional cuddle.
Off the Farm
If you can drag yourself 'off the farm' for a few hours, there's much to see & experience in the hinterland, coast & surrounding areas. Book a tour, transfer or self-drive. You can always return to the sanctuary of Obi Obi Homestead farmhouse afterwards.
